Absolutely! Kiraee holds your payment in escrow and only releases it to the landlord once you’ve confirmed that everything is in order upon moving in.
⏱️ What is the timeline for sending an offer and confirming key receipt?
- Sending an Offer: Once you find a property you’re interested in, you can send an offer to the landlord.
- Payment Window: Upon the offer getting accepted, you have 24 hours to complete the payment.
- Key Receipt Confirmation: After the landlord accepts your offer, you have 48 hours to confirm receipt of the keys. If you do not confirm within this timeframe, the landlord may accept the key receipt first, and you will have another 48 hours to confirm or report any issues.

Kiraee acts as a neutral mediator and does not resolve disputes directly. If you suspect a scam, please provide supporting evidence, and we will contact the landlord. The landlord will have 48 hours to respond. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, your payment will be refunded, excluding Kiraee’s service charges.

📢 How do I list my property on Kiraee?
Simply sign up on our platform, provide details about your property, upload high-quality photos, choose payment method and set your rental terms. Once listed, tenants can view and inquire about your property directly. (FYI Proof of ownership might be requested if needed)
🔍 How does Kiraee screen potential tenants?
Tenants provide necessary documentation during the application process, including identification, proof of income, and references. This information helps landlords make informed decisions.
💰 How does the payment process work?
Kiraee holds the tenant’s payment in escrow and releases it to you only after the tenant confirms that everything is in order upon moving in. This ensures a secure transaction for both parties.
⏱️ What is the timeline for receiving payment?
- Offer Acceptance: Once you accept a tenant’s offer, the key receipt confirmation process begins.
- Tenant Confirmation: If the tenant accepts the key receipt first, the payment is credited to your wallet within 3 days.
- Automatic Transfer: If the tenant does not confirm receipt within 48 hours, the payment is automatically credited to your wallet within 3 days.
🏦 Can I withdraw funds to my bank account?
Yes, you can withdraw funds from your Kiraee wallet to your linked bank account. Please ensure your account details are up to date to facilitate smooth transactions.
📝 Can I use my own lease agreement?
Yes, landlords are responsible for providing their own lease agreements. Kiraee does not offer lease templates.
